      Original mission was to give impartial advice, but employees rewards are based on profits – which might encourage the sale of the most profitable phones rather than the ones that best suit the customers.

      Yes, indeed. Suitability, feasibiity and acceptability is a good approach whenever you are trying to justify a strategy or to choose bwtween several.

      My answer might be improved by using that!

    Hi Sir, according to Kaplan Q&A exam kit 2012, part c of q1-AutoFone is no longer examinable. pls advice.tq

      @sharman, Reward management is no longer on the syllabus and is not in our study material. In this question it is of low technical content – more or less common sense and we kept this question intact because of the other element of part (c), relating to impartial advice.
