Hello!
I have 2 queries to ask:
1) In part (A) I got the idea that it can be Porter’s 5 forces or PESTEL.But why can’t we use JSW’s strategic evaluation model?
2) in part (C) can we use cultural web model? based on your suggested answer, some items fit into cultural web model (in my opinion) like organisational structures (for coordination between the sales & R&D dept) and controls (for improving the MIS system).
These are the few items of cultural web fitting into your answer which might gain me few marks out of the total.
These were my suggested questions and opinions. If I’m wrong somewhere,can you guide me please?

Is this question from a previous acca paper, or is it a just a practice question? The same goes for Cini centre
Also, when looking at the revision lectures for autofone – Jun 08 and greentech – Jun 09, where can I access these past papers. I have checked on the acca website and they only go back as far as June 2010 past exams

That model could be used vey successfully and in fact ofen would be in such a question.
