    Guys help
Assume a 35-year old investor wants to retire in 25 years at the age of 60. She expects to earn 12.5% on her investments prior to her retirement and 10% thereafter. How much must she deposit at the end of each year for the next 25 years in order to be able to withdraw $25 000 per year at the beginning of each year for 30 years?

First, why are you asking on this page? There is no such exam as Paper F9 now – it is now Paper FM and this is an old page that is no longer linked.

Secondly, this question could not possibly be asked in Paper FM.

Finally, there is no point in just typing out full questions and expecting an answer. You must have an answer in the same book in which you found the question and so you should ask about whatever it is you are not clear about.

Turn OFF any download managers you are using to download the notes, they may corrupt the files. Please use the latest version of free Adobe Reader to open and print the notes.

    Hi.

I have very heavy load work and I take time out from my sleeping time to study for acca. I cant really read whole study text. Will it be fine if i use your notes for F8 And F9 and practice hard to pass the exams or i really have to read and understand whole study text ?

    Thanks

The notes, together with watching all of the lectures will give you enough knowledge to pass the exams.
However you also need to practice lots and lots of questions, and for this you must get Revision/Exam Kits from one of the approved publishers.

I am in the process of writing notes for FFM, but it will be a while before they are finished and uploaded on the website.

In the meantime, most of the topics are covered in the lectures and notes for the ACCA papers F2 and F9.

If you look at the syllabus for FFM and then watch the lectures and study the Course Notes for the relevant topics you will find that most of it is covered.
