hi, All these lectures are valid for exams in June 2016?

I am a full time employed and looking to plan ahead for june 2016?

Also can you please tell me where I can find the best text book for June 2016 exam for F7 and F9?

    Regards,
    Malik

This query should be addressed to me on the Ask the Tutor page!

Yes, the courses notes and lectures are certainly valid for exams in December 2015 and, other than minor tinkering, should be equally valid for the June 2016 exam

I’m certainly not going to recommend any publisher’s text in preference to any other! Any tuition provider that publishes a text for the professional exams will cover the syllabus ….. but each does it in their own preferred way. And that means that the one that you find most suitable for you will not necessarily be best suited for someone else.

Maybe your best course of action would be to try to borrow a copy of study texts from different publishers and compare them for yourself – see which you prefer.

But that, of course, all depends on whether you really think that it’s worthwhile even having a study text!

The notes provided for the first 5 chapters are very brief which I believe does not cover all the topics. Is there any other material available for those chapters since the lectures are also not available for these?

Those first 5 chapters have been left un-lectured as a result of a lack of available time on the courses that we used to run. We had only 4.5 days to prepare students from zero knowledge up to exam passing standard so necessarily had to concentrate on the regularly recurrent topics.

The topics omitted from lectures were considered to be those most easily self studied.

We have to leave you with something to do for yourselves!

      Sorry

      Two things:

#1 this is probably a problem caused by me referring specifically to pages by their number. As the course notes evolve and are added to, page numbers could well change

#2 is it really difficult to find the page to which I must later refer?

What do I say with reference to page 27?

I’m having trouble loading the lecture onto my iPad

    Hi
About 2 weeks ago I tried many chapters of F6 and F7 and it was ok, but now There is just a black square instead of player.
I think it is because of changes in the website ie. the player.

Have you listened to the lecture? It clearly says that the illustrations at the start of the recording are simply that – an illustration.
