I am studying F$ Irish variant -Obviously, Irish Law actually is a derivartion of English Law, so I can see the same names in some law cases, but there are other that are different… If during the exam I use the english case names, will I loose marks??

I doubt that you will lose marks – the markers for the Irish variant will most likely know of the English parallel case to the Irish one.

Don’t worry about it – enjoy

Approximately 60% of the English variant lectures are directly relevant to the global variant. Sorry, but you’ll just have to learn the rest through your own studying. But you can always post any questions in the “Ask the tutor” forum page

Don’t bother trying t remember – either the names or the dates – certainly NOT the dates. The names are not that important either. They are merely cases which illustrate the various points of law. I find the principles of the law easier to remember if there’s a story behind them

    Dear Sir,

Thank you so much for your effort and for explaining so beautifully all these topics. In my opinion, you are the best one.

After failing F4 in December 2012, I am confident that with your explonatations and these free video lectures I will be successful in June 2013 sitting.

Thank you very much Open Tuition and Sir.

Please Sir.When answering questions in F4, is it compulsory to write the years that the cases happen.Example Balfour V Balfour, i will like to know if it is compulsory for me to add the year which is 1919 . I will like to know because memorizing the years is a very big problem for me.

I am having lots of problems viewing the lectures. Adobe flash player has crashed. I downloaded the latest version of the flash player, I even tried downgrading it and I also tried installing the latest version of Java, nothing worked. I really need these lectures.

@jensow, No, sorry. You can use it if you are doing Global Law variant.

Does Singapore not overlap at all with English and / or Global?

@saudfiaz, Yes, lectures are valid for December exams

However, lectures are for ONLINE watching only (not downloadable!)
That鈥檚 the only way to keep this site alive and free!
