anyone knows if those videos are up to date?
They are so far as I am aware – I am in the process of re-recording where there are one or two minor amendments, but the course notes are definitely up-to-date
AS it pertains to money laudering most books has 2 years as imprisonment for tipping o?f

You mention if you are a shareholder and that you know the shares will drop so you sell thats insider dealing , however you may have some defences and mention your wife might be demanding new carpets so you sold the shares to get the new shares!!! Surely this cant work so you can just do loads of insider dealing and do up your house at the same time. wouldnt it need to be like your wife has cancer and you are paying for private operation rather than new carpets.
