Am failing to watch lectures, all of a suddenly have no volume have tried updating my chrome but not getting any joy. Though was really enjoying the lectures.
Hi Mike, i cannot seem to find my Case examples section in my notes where it just has a list of cases can you please let me know where it is located. Sorry I am probably asking a glaringly obvious question. Great Lectures though really finding this a very interesting exam to prep for !
Hi, you no longer need to know case names – not since the change of the exam format to mcqs and mtqs
So the section on case names was removed when this new exam format started
But you DO need to remember the points of law so the lectures have been left in because (in my opinion) the point of law is easier to remember if there’s a story behind it
@MikeLittle Absolutely love how you keep a balance between a healthy studying environment and a breeze of humour going throughout the lecture. Those light references to the Poussard case (I hope I spelled that correctly) and that little anecdote about your lost sweater made this one even more special. Stay blessed. 馃檪

In the deckchair case was the exclusion clause effective? I did not understand this part.
