Hi mike.i just wantd to know if its sufficient to pass the exzam using a bpp study text for 2012 exzams. Or has the syllabus changed a lot and I need to buy the 2014 one?

Was there a lecture on page 83? Because I followed all the lectures and after page 82, we discussed the page 84. Have I missed any lectures?

Yes. Directors’ Duties – Common Law Cases. There are about 11 cases.
