open tuition has been a blessing to me and i passed f2,now looking forwar to f3 and the rest of the papers. good job sir and thank u for your wonderful service.:)
If you are asking what materials I am using in the lectures, then (as it says at the start of each lecture) it is our own lecture notes which you should download (free) from this website.
I had absolutely ZERO background in accountancy, economics or any business related subject but decided to do ACCA anyways. I was kind of worried about how would things pan out because ACCA tuition classes usually have students with some prior knowledge and I felt nervous that I’d be holding back the whole class.. And then I discovered this absolutely wonderful website: OpenTuition!! John Moffat is amazing! I loved that he just doesn’t teach the rules, he teaches the logic. A fantastic teacher. I used the F2 course notes, lectures and practice questions and went through half of the Kaplan Revision Kit and prepared for F2 in ONE week. Passed the CBE on first attempt today, Alhamdulillah. (I wouldn’t recommend that, though.) Even though I passed, I still intend to complete the whole Revision Kit so that the knowledge actually settles long-term and isn’t just a one week thing. Really really grateful for opentuition. I can enjoy the flexibility I need with first class teachers.
Hello mr Moffat Im not so good in F2 and F3 and i habe an exam in two weeks time and i just cant happen to understand anything from the ACCA bpp textbook. If i watch all the lectures and read the notes amd go for my exam CBE, what do you as a proffessor think i would score? im really nervous because if i fail the paper i wont be let to continue. please advice
Hie Saiqa,i can relate with yiou about not having any accounting background. Some if not most concepts seem to be stuff i can grasp with time and practice. However i go to work and its of a laborious nature and also not within tha accounting field.what would yiou recommend to someone like me.i have done lessons with a private mentor for f2 and f3 but the complexity of some questions leaves me feeling i chose the wrong field.I love accounting, the little i have been introduced to lately and should i feel ready would want to sit for my Fundamentals before year end.
Hello sir! Well bundle of tnx from u nd opentuition team its really helpful but sir i have too many prblms n f2 paper actually i dnt know how to stdy plz give any idea about ths paper

Hi, I will just like to thank you at Open Tuition for the free resources, you are providing to students. I currently live in Bahrain and I have found the lectures and notes very helpful. I passed F2 today with 60%.
the free access is commendable. lm just starting my acca qualification with no prior accounting expirience what is the shortest possible period that one might need to sit for F1 to F3 CBE
Dear Sir i want to appreciate you for your efforts to make this videos all the topics are very well explained. I need your advice are these lectures and notes provided by open tuition are enough to appear for ACCA exams or you recommend some extra efforts to do ?
You should ask this sort of question in the Ask the Tutor Forums and not as a comment on a lecture.
However, our lectures are a complete course and cover everything you need to be able to pass the exam well, provided that you also buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain lots of exam standard questions to practice on, and practice is vital.
hello this is not fair i live in country that we have lots of problem about internet connection and as well as that we have problem about international payment (although cause of exchange rate it is tough to pay ) why it is not possible to download.
No fair? We are providing this service free of charge. If you can find another tuition provide who provides their services free of charge then use them!! If we allowed lectures to be downloaded we would have to charge.
opentuition is perfect for development country think about society with horrible internet connection, wages and exchange rate. by the way thanks a lot for your kind attention.
Speechless. It’s pretty ridiculous to bring up this “not fair” topic here. This world is never fair, be grateful for what has been given to us, for free.

Our lectures cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well (but how many marks you score it up to you – I cannot predict 馃檪 )
It is important also that you have Revision Kits – they contain lots of exam standard questions to practice, and practice is vital.
