I鈥檓 confused about Q5, in my opinion,the customer satisfaction can be collected through the company鈥檚 internal information .However, the expenditure on advertising is up to the market and media situation,so I think it needs external information. Could anyone explain it for me? Thanks a lot.
Expenditure on advertising is internal only. It is the Dr Amount on the advertising account. Effectiveness of advertising is a different matter.
Customer satisfaction is best measured by asking them.

There are three workplace in abroad, so it need a Wan. If you wonder why extranet not need this place. I think there is no description about suppliers or other outside places.
EXTRANET SHOULD BE USED IF ONE BUSINESS WANT TO COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER.

sorry am not able to access the questions what could possibly be the problem,
I have a doubt about the 3rd question in this quiz. On there I selected the answer WAN and extranet which is wrong and it says the answer is WAN and intranet. This is what I studied in Opentution notes regarding extranet; “An extranet is an intranet but which can also communicate with the intranet of another organisation.”.
My question is that wouldn’t extranet would be proper than the intranet when it comes to sharing information between organisations?
Hope I will get a proper reply regarding this ASAP since I’m really confused. 馃檪
I know it’s a same company with it’s offices in different places, but still wouldn’t extranet be the suitable one since they are located in different places?
Extranet is when you are communicating with another organisation, which is not the case here.

I recommend you revise the syllabus more thoroughly. F1 covers a lot of topics. One must have a thorough understanding of all of the topics.
