The lecture notes are quite enough to get the quiz right; when shall I start using flashcards as they appear to be containing material related to all the chapters.
Whenever you’re ready … and it doesn’t matter if you get them all wrong first time through – you’ll get most of them right the next time!

There should be enough in the course notes for you to have a reasonable chance of landing on the correct answer!
These questions are a bit tricky.
Chapter 3 did not cover delegated legislation and intrinsic and extrinsic aid to interpretation of statutes.
