With reference to F6, chapter 3, Tax Payers Residence, I believe there is a small error / inconsistency between the statement made and listed (“The above table also shows that any person in the UK for at least 183 days is autonatically Residen”),However the table shows >183. This means Greater than 183,So 183 days is automatically Not R, this would leave 183 days open to question. If the statement is correct then surely the table should show either >182 (greater than so not equal to) or >=183 (greater tan or equal to) then 183 days would not be questionable and the statments would be correct,
Or have I Missed Something ???

As mentioned in your lecture, and as usually happens, this part of the lecture was a saviour..UK residency test was always been a nightmare for me to understand…but now I feel comfortable…Thanks a lot Sir…
