In Question 3, I choose (B), but system give (A), and I read the explanation then the answer is going to B , I would like to know whether the correct answer is (B) or (A)?
Question 8:
In the context of a limited liability partnership, which of the following statements is false?
(A) there shall be at least one member with unlimited liability
(B) “Limited” shall be the last word in the firm’s name

In the above question, I chose (A) as answer but the system shows (B) as the correct answer. Please let me know whether this is a technical error or indeed (B) is the correct one.

Hi, I have a little problem with question 8. In the option where it says “there shall be at least one member with unlimited liability”, is that not false for a limited liability partnership as it exists as a separate legal entity from its partners or owners?
i gave the answer to question 4 as Relationship,subsists but the its giving me situation,subsists as the right answer.
