I am sitting for AA
December 7, 2020 at 11:32 am #598035Hi guys. I was supposed to sit for AA this morning. I was able to login and even speak with the invigilator through the chat. However when my exam was about to launch, the screen was all black for several minutes and the computer was not responding at all. It was already 10 min past the beginning time, so I’ve restarted the computer. I am really frustrated, but was able to reschedule mine for next Monday at 4:45 am!!! Anyway, can’t even complain, as your situation is even worse. They will need to open new slots for everyone, it’s not possible!
December 7, 2020 at 11:41 am #598039I was scheduled for the 9:45 AA sitting this morning and the webpage didn’t load till 11:10, when it said I missed my check-in window. I missed the exam and they said to call back this evening or tomorrow morning to find out what to do. This is terrible and disappointing. 🙁

December 7, 2020 at 11:46 am #598053I was able to do it through the website. You go to the same screen you were supposed to launch the exam and click rebook. You’ll go through the same process as the first time to book the exam.
December 7, 2020 at 12:07 pm #598061AAA cannot be re scheduled for next week … So, now for us sitting AAA only Mar/21. Very dissapointed…
December 7, 2020 at 12:09 pm #598062I logged in to do AAA. Exam could did not launch. Lack of support from the team to help with this and was told exam needed to be revoked and to reschedule for March. I am shocked at the response to this.
What error message did anyone get when trying to launch the exam?

December 7, 2020 at 4:36 pm #598136Mine was supposed to be at 10.30 I tried logging on from 10, i got into my exam but then it kicked me out. But I went back at 11.50 launched it and sat the exam so if you keep trying you can still to get to sit it. That’s AA
December 7, 2020 at 4:42 pm #598138I appreciate that, but that is not good enough, it looks like they are not ready to run them why tell students that is doable if it is not. I am sitting SBL tomorrow and I took two weeks unpaid leave, and the registration for the exam it’s a fortune. I couldn’t sit the exam in March cause it was canceled due to pandemic, I couldn’t sit last sitting because the exam hasn’t started and I was in a exam center, same thing then, time off from work, so many weekends studying only to be told sorry we can only accommodate you next sitting. They are not answering emails it takes more than 48 hours for someone to get back only to be given general feedback and links to where to pay my annual fee for 2021. They should make an effort and allow ALL students to rebook next week or the following.

December 7, 2020 at 6:38 pm #598170I had that issue Anisa. Everything looked fine. I’ve checked in and even was in touch with the invigilator through the chat. He asked me to show my ID at the webcam and confirm my date o birth. During that I had my webcam video on and it said recording in red. After a while, the chat function was gone and the screen was black, with the mouse sign as if it was loading. It kept like that for ages and when I looked at the clock, it was already 15 min past the exam time. I’ve restarted the computer and the invigilator called me. He told me to try to relaunch the exam but the whole issue with the MyACCA section began. My call with the invigilator finished out of nowhere and I decided to rebook my exam so I wouldn’t lose the slot. But I had to rebook to 4:45 am!!
