Seems like NO TECHNICAL ISSUES day? Hope 2nd week goes well
December 14, 2020 at 9:12 pm #600016BTW just an update, ACCA sent me an email today confirming that they have received my paper !
December 16, 2020 at 10:51 am #600109Today, i was supposed to be passing my PM exam, i have complete 3 times system checks all was ok, and successfully checked in, launched my exam all looked ok, until the first question popped out, the exam page just suddenly disappeared!!! The online technical support person has run the troubleshoot however it did not work! so… ACCA did refund my exam fee straightaway, however the stress has caused it’s just unbelievable!! I was well prepared for the exam, and now i have to pass two papers in March. I think i won’t be passing another home remote exam for sure! it’s a joke!
December 16, 2020 at 2:25 pm #600124I suffered a weird issue, during the technical checkup (after I clicked and submitted all the photos from my phone) a pop up showed up and said “sorry there’s a technical error. We’ll arrange for another exam free of charge, don’t worry” something like this and then in the pop up notification they also mentioned a link to go through from my phone. As soon as I started typing out the link, the notification went away and my exam started automatically. There was no proctor person, no chat box, no audio/video check going on during the exam. I didn’t know what to do, I did email them for the same through the contact us for remote exams. But I don’t know if I was supposed to carry on with the exam/not. I did the exam and submitted. It affected a lot, my mind was wandering due to this issue. Any idea what will happen? Will my exam be accepted?

I had the exact same issue on my tax exam yesterday.
I just went through the exam like normal and submitted it, really hope its accepted. It allowed me to end the exam and submit then the survey come up so fingers crossed.
Exam went well so ill be super annoyed if it doesn’t get accepted
December 17, 2020 at 7:17 am #600165@gargi5 and @lou82 and anyone who has any issue – this is advice from ACCA:
“Any student uncertain of why they have received a rebooking text message, or uncertain of the status of their exam script, should contact ACCA either by telephone +44 (0)141 582 2000 or via https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us
I suggest the contact-us
December 18, 2020 at 2:40 pm #600247How do you know it has been submitted on MYACCA? Where do you check? I guess mine is ok.I had to get my exam reinstated after accidently withdrawing and even though they said it will be getting correct is their another way on MYACCA to check?? BTW the hell I had to go through to get it reinstated was absolutely rotten to the core!! I advise anyone that has the same issue to go to”Contact directly” option on ACCA Contact page.
December 18, 2020 at 6:40 pm #600257My exam that I took this week still says booked on the book exam page and my exam record doesn’t say its pending or anything. No idea whether my exam is submitted or not and nobody from acca has contacted me after I emailed
December 18, 2020 at 6:55 pm #600258Hi Lou. I have the same thing as in it says” still booked” but when you go into myacca -my qualification-detailed exam history and then it should say” Results for December 2020 will soon be available here”. I am pretty sure thats when you know they have received it. I could be wrong and its just my opinion
December 22, 2020 at 7:11 am #600514was your exam submitted? i faced the same issue and received a reply from ACCA stating that the exam was not submitted and asked me to withdraw my exam. 🙁
December 23, 2020 at 11:20 am #600645I rang ACCA on Monday and they said that they had received my exam, since then when i go to book my exam area my December exam now says waiting for results, such a relief now just got to hope i passed, i only took 2 hours which im now worried about but at the time i felt i had done as much as needed!
December 23, 2020 at 11:36 am #600648Hi Lou, yep I got the same “awaiting results” so now I know 100% that they are getting corrected It took me 2 hours to do my Irish tax exam but went over it again. Prety confident I got 55-65%. Then again they are Acca exams and unpredictable
January 6, 2021 at 3:48 pm #601749Hello
Please I want to know if anyone is having difficulties seeing their ACCA results from their account. I just wrote one and have to wait 72 hours for it to be uploaded to myAcca account. Please did anybody here see theirs after 72 hours or there was a problem.March 1, 2021 at 1:17 pm #612335Hi, I got the same problem today during my AAA exam (March session). Was it solved for you during March session? They basically said me to rebook the exam to June.
