I emailed ACCA directly and they confirmed they will accept official E-signatures on the Approved Employer PER Confirmation form.

I can’t find the book listed anywhere online. The most up to date book I can find is the ‘Irish Variant – Finance Act 2019 By Paula Byrne, FCCA, MBA’.

I am unsure if there is an issue in center based exams. However March 2020 I had similar issue and exam was delayed in centre by 3.5 hours in a centre!

Also they have said to some people that it may be rescheduled to next week? Very difficult to get more time off work and also to keep this level of study up for another week, feeling very disheartened 🙁
