Somebody earlier in thread mentioned clearing cache and said it didn’t work for them but I would suggest it is worth trying.
It’s not a cache issue. Many people have tried that already.
It’s a backend issue on ACCA’s side.
Anyway I will bid people the best of luck and suggest given information above that they try following:
1. Clear cache
2.Keep trying to access exam
3.If you get through try to answer exam question to best of your ability.
4.See this forum for more information after exam or if unable to access exam
Tutor Kim Smith will be able to give you advice and information.
Also they have said to some people that it may be rescheduled to next week? Very difficult to get more time off work and also to keep this level of study up for another week, feeling very disheartened 🙁
tbm13, I would suggest it is still worth trying unless there is some downside of which I am unaware.
To the person who asked has this happened before, it has, briefly, in an earlier exam sitting. This is the first instance this March 2022 exam session. I have alerted contacts in ACCA but like me – based in UK – it is still early.
There are clearly a lot of you “in the same boat” – and I know it’s easy for me to say but difficult for you all – but please try and stay calm an NOT stress. Yes you should continue to wait and try and I will find out what your options will be if, unfortunately, unsuccessful this morning.

man this is not good I’ve prepared for this exam and I don’t want this to reschedule.I should have started my exam 7:45 and its now 10.12 where I live so have to reschedule for June.
Hi, I had the same problem and they advised me to delete cookies and try again. It worked for me
I heard you can write next week, but I’m moving this weekend and won’t have internet connection for a while
After your scheduled exam time is up (and hopefully when they resolve the issues with the exam booker) you should see an option to either withdraw or reschedule for next week.

No girl didn’t get to do my exam! Luckily work are happy for me to take next Thursday off if given the option to do the exam next week. It feels weird! Feels like we should be stress free right now and almost finish the exam!

its been half an hour since my reporting time and still nothing
so I don’t think today is the dayIs this happening to remote based exam only?
Even center based exam must try to log into the students account right?I am unsure if there is an issue in center based exams. However March 2020 I had similar issue and exam was delayed in centre by 3.5 hours in a centre!
