    I had 338 as tax allowance. 5m ivestment – 500k scrap / 4 years = 1,125 per year @ 30%

    – how did u guys do on the mcq on the baumi model? it ranged from like 40k-60k.. i think i got 48k..

    – MCQ on transaction risk, i got something like B/C not sure which one unless someone can remind me of the value.. i did the difference of the 2 percentages and it came out as one of the answers..

    Checking a few things as I remember.

    Q5 NPV positive with an average selling price used of $29 (using the probability of the 3 states) – most people seem to have got that too

    WACC was 8.8%? In MCQ.

    Factor was more expensive?

    Rights issue – return to s/h $2.31 * 6 shares vs $2.10 * 5 shares before

    IRR for both 15% & 20% DF I got positive npv with 17% as the IRR

    That’s what I can remember.

    Any thoughts?

    29 was the expected sales valuation & then uplift with inflation

    forward hedge more beneficial

    this was also a resit for me and I found it hard, especially the mcqs.

    am hoping for a miracle too
