My adm review request with 49 in APM doesnt affect their decision.
Its reasonable if you shure, that part of your question were missed/lost/unmarked. They doesnt remark your script.
After request you will receive info on your progress (pass/fail) on each question.January 18, 2021 at 10:50 am #606729It was really tricky exam, the most one.
Most of proposals here and in APM forum section are really valueble, however, here some my special tips for those who still underway:
* You have to be mentally stable – i’ve found that examiner place in each qustion at least one trap in order to disturb your confidence and force you to panic and/or stuck or waste huge amount of time. Accept this as part of game.
* For those who are not native speakers – you have to train your handwriting (in case of writing exam type). I’ve spent a lot of time learning how to write on english and how to do it speedy. It also include training of your writing arm with espander and elastic line for push/pull actions.
* To obtain confidence you have to spent for exam preparation at least 70 hours (80/20 for practice/theory share respectivly).
* I’ve discovered that BPP approach is better (then Kaplan and ATC/Backer) for understanding how to apply theory to case.
It was my 7th attempt with 60 marks, after my last attempt for 49 marks. And i agree with ACCA that my knowledge with 49 marks was not good enough.September 4, 2019 at 4:53 pm #544815@solongo7247 said:

Question 3 was fairly easy. .
In reality, Q3 is hardest question of all exam, look instant poll results here.
Does anybody taked into account information, that demand level which are predicted is an estimation for two years?
October 17, 2016 at 2:56 pm #344316My fifth (5th) attempt, finally success – 61%.
For those who failed – as one guy advised here – time management is key skill to pass the paper irrespectivly of your knowledge level.September 9, 2016 at 11:21 am #339340Using ACCA retake quide you can realise that if your score is about 40-45% this mean you have enough theory to pass and obviously problem in exam technique, including time management. If you score about 30%, probably candidate suffer from lack of theory knowledge.

This is my first attempt. The topics are doable, but the issue is time management: read, write, re-read to find answers.It’s now available to read and write from the very begining of exam, what do u think about new rules?
September 9, 2016 at 9:28 am #339314Q4 was really easy question – the task is to compare two process current one and proposed one and quantify benefits where possible.
So, intangible benefits were improvements on consumers time wasting for answer and explaining issue, overal proccess length more than week.
Tangible – all economy on post services, salaries, travelling costs due to automatization of processes.September 4, 2016 at 9:27 pm #337793Hi there. I know a people, who failed p3 more than 5 times 🙂
What is your score for all sessions? Is it rises or fall from session to session?June 10, 2016 at 8:08 am #321856@tashkent said:
(c) Didn’t calculate gearing as couldn’t find info on borrowings. I thought that as the entity is private no loans in the past. Receivables turnover was around 20-22 days. Payables turnover as the above. Conclusion was loan + better management of payables + leasing.
.
There was non-current liabilities. I’ve assumed, that thats all a debt.
June 9, 2016 at 5:49 pm #321603I’ve choosen for d quadrant joint venture or licensing to\with conditioner supplier, since acquisition is not wellcomed by shareholders and lack of expertise on export in the past.

Did you do Q2? I was having a hard time trying to list out the cultural web. It was hard to define in that question! I found organizational power, structure and control kind of mix together!Yes, i did Q2 and wrote the same (power+structure+control) plus i’ve tried to implement into Paradigm the facts that all toy shops in chain used the same developed by Frey approach while playing with childrens. Also wrote somethink about Rutines, but can’t remember what exactly.

Give me exampels for restructure in q1c I said for example inbound and outbound they can make contract for transportation input and output that will give discount and in production they can make test before selling Windows
Is this idea is right cuz I didn’t understand question?In case of only stadard windows production – no need for highly qualified designer in sales and marketing department, there is also no need for those part of sales and marketing team which was participated in negotiations with customers when they place orders for bespoke windows, i suggest that this ppl can be redundant in order to save costs.
I believe any reasonable suggestion which is suitable for clues given in the scenario can be valued, it’s all depends on how we can explain and prove our suggestions.March 12, 2016 at 12:35 am #305475@elzeafry said:

Q4b: I took an analysis of competition, demand, objective (growth, control, efficiency or others?…), strategy adopted (it looks more like Focus Differentiation), regulation… to establish price.I’am not insist that my approach is very correct and i agree that focus differentiator is more specific and better anwer.

@zhomart58: Mine is the same. Usually there will be around 250-300 students. Yesterday there was only 50! Maybe not many students register for March sitting!The same in Russia – a five times lesse than regular Jun-Dec sessions.
Q1a – value chain issues – simply strengths/weaknesses of departments as standalone and in cooperation between departments;
Q1b – Earnings per scarce resources – the scarce resource is working hours per day (too much unnecessary issues on setup-setdown-production time added by tutor i guess);
Q1C – restructuring of current departments in each case – only bespoke windows, only standard windows. Example was given (additional readings for not-native english speakers means extra pressure) in appendixes.
Q2a – strategic planning as design, ideas and experience;
Q2b – cultural web and changes with new CEO approach;
Q4a – 7Is of e-marketing;
Q4b – setting price – i’ve used approach, that price should meet customers expectations, and pricing strategy should be a Differentiator.December 20, 2015 at 11:33 am #292001As far as i understand (my second P3 attempt), POPIT is a framework of bussiness process change. So, using POPIT makes easier to understand which areas of improvements (changes) you have to treat. The question is what you’ve suggested to improve in those areas – people, organisation, process and IT and how it dedicate to the scenario problems.

Any one did q3 part b ? and what was the right approachI’ve tryied this section, suggesting that lecturer job could be enriched involving them in process of planning educational period etc (there were some claims from students for spare time due to inpropper time allocation during study period). I’ve also suggested that this action may motivate lecturers who are currently upset from their work. Motivation driver here is an ability to affect working conditions. Don’t know how this will be valued by marker 🙂
December 10, 2015 at 4:08 pm #290362too much of text in q1 – 4 pages for not english-native speakers is too much tight.
June 8, 2015 at 3:42 pm #255131Exam was complicated.Only 75 marks attempt due to poor time management.
Q1, part b (invest or aquire) is overtricky.June 4, 2015 at 11:57 am #252997As another student’s advise – check exam tips (both practice and theory), articles and keep study past exams.
