I was having a hard time trying to list out the cultural web. It was hard to define in that question! I found organizational power, structure and control kind of mix together!

I found organizational power, structure and control kind of mix together!Yes, i did Q2 and wrote the same (power+structure+control) plus i’ve tried to implement into Paradigm the facts that all toy shops in chain used the same developed by Frey approach while playing with childrens. Also wrote somethink about Rutines, but can’t remember what exactly.
i also mentioned about (power+structure+control) and also mentioned that they were the ones most likely to change after peter takes over as ceo since peter was looking forward for introducing more formal controls and procedures. i think there was something mentioned in the question like “word hard and play hard” i mentioned this in the routines section
