Passed P 5 with 53% at first attempt, I also passed P3. I did this with a 8 months old baby at home.
So everything is possible.
Now affiliate.July 21, 2016 at 8:21 am #328173Passed both P 3 and P5 at the first attempt. Passed P3 with 56 %, but I have a 8 month baby so this for me is a great achievement.

March 9, 2016 at 9:18 am #3046673 a) part one factoring I said that the entity shouldn’t derecognise since all the risk are still bared by the company, second part I talk about lifetime expected losses
3b) IFRS 5 and capitalization of costs
3c) I didn’t do this part very well generally talked about leasing4 a) First time adoption, costs of implementing, retrospective, prospective such things
4b) I cant remember what was about
4) C – incorrectly treatment indefinite, CGU I write that is possible to use the new treatment it seems that I was incorrectIt seems I’m going to resit the paper, but still hoping for miracle
March 9, 2016 at 7:12 am #304631I also did step acquisition, actually can’t remember correctly, there is a possibility that I messed it up badly, Q1 was awful.
I did 3 and 4 which were better.
I hope for 50 points, but still there is a possibility for a resit 🙁February 29, 2016 at 7:56 pm #302662I assumed the same, unfortunately Q1 will be cash flow in my opinion. But still hoping for anything else.
February 19, 2016 at 7:43 pm #301186Colleague, I can find by myself the exams, but they are combine it is not possible that the questions were the same both in September and December!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never mind I do not want to argue. I wasn’t asking for a link.
February 19, 2016 at 12:37 pm #301150I am not spot questioning but actually this method of cash flows isn’t! in much use in my country, for 99% of the entities we use direct cash flow method, so I do not use it in my daily work as auditor so it is really difficult to apply all the principles.
I have practiced all past papers questions. This doesn’t mean that I know it as much as the other elements of financial statements.
I was asking simply what was question 1 look like in September, I do not need your rude tone of guidance how I have to know absolutely everything.Regards
January 18, 2016 at 6:33 am #295483Passed with only 53% but still a pass is a pass.

June 5, 2015 at 6:14 pm #253981Yeah this question was trouble for me too.
June 5, 2015 at 5:53 pm #253931I think ACCA is expecting to drop the pass level with so much theory about markets.
