I have received my certificate. I live in Singapore. I was admitted as a member on 24th October 2019( the council meeting was on 31st October 2019) and received the certificate on 1st Dec, 2019.

My status changed as follows-
20th- Applied for membership
22nd Oct – Application was approved
25th Oct – Status changed to member in the myacca page.
Welcome mail not received yet.Do let us know when you receive the certificate. Congratulations to all new members.

I think you dont receive such email. You just receive the final email when your application is approved.
