so if a company has decided to press ahead with plans to open a new factory.it will have a detrimental effect on the environment and the local residents, but will make a significant profit. and now company has decided to redesign the factory in order to minimize the impact on residents and environment ,but still make an overall(though lesser)profit than before what would we call this approach?
