Whilst calculating Goodwill will contingent liability And
Fair value increase(thus excess depreciation )
Or fair value decrease needs to be adjusted
Within Net current asset?

Hi,
The contingent liability is recorded at fair value on acquisition within the net assets working. It is also recorded at the reporting date at either the same value, or if there have been changes to the fair value at its updated value.
