Hello Sir, I would really appreciate if you could tell me as to which part/topic of the syllabus "Share Exchange and Differed Consideration" falls under. I have been thoroughly checking the syllabus, CIMA official study text and have not been able to find any questions related to that. I am self studying so the facts are crucial to me.
