Hello Sir,

I would really appreciate if you could tell me as to which part/topic of the syllabus “Share Exchange and Differed Consideration” falls under. I have been thoroughly checking the syllabus, CIMA official study text and have not been able to find any questions related to that. I am self studying so the facts are crucial to me. Value your insight in this.

I’ll double check but it should come under the consolidation aspect of group accounts as it is in relation to the calculation of goodwill.
