Hi, I recently came across this site and find it very helpful to go through the online lectures (for P2). But when i compare the topics on this site for P2 with that of ACCA Becker material, i find there are lot more topics in the book which are not covered in lectures. Where do i find them? I am planning to take up the June 2016 exams and fully dependent on these lectures only. Kindly help.
May 8, 2016 at 8:53 pm #314156Hi,
The chapters that aren’t recorded will have to be self studied without the video lectures. If you get stuck on anything then you can always post your questions on this forum.
Thanks
May 27, 2016 at 1:12 pm #317490Thanks a lot for the reply. Somehow this went into my Junk folder and happened to see it only today. Is there any mock test paper that i can take up? My confidence level is very low and i keep looking at answers all the time and dont recollect very easily on the topics. Eg: dont easily remember how to calculate goodwill when acq pattern is 20% to 60%, unless i do a quick revision of your material. Do you have any tips to suggest if this is the case?
Thanks,
PriyaMay 30, 2016 at 8:54 am #318074Hi,
There is no mock paper but you have plenty of past exam questions to work through on the ACCA website.
If you keep looking at the answers then you will not improve. You won’t have the answers in the real exam so don’t get used to using the answers before the real thing. You have to get used to dealing with something if you don’t fully understand how to do it. That usually means putting something down in your answer and moving on.
You’ll find if you start to do the past exam paper questions like this then your knowledge will improve and your confidence too.
Thanks

It was only because of your online classes and material!! Really appreciate.July 21, 2016 at 9:38 pm #328274Congratulations! They are both two excellent exam results and you should be very proud indeed. I wish you all the best in the home straight!
