Hi Sir,
What happens in subsequent years where the revalued amount remains same as 95M and dep exp is 5588?
Each year its going from revaluation reserve to retained earnings as 1588?

Yes, if there is no subsequent change in the value of the asset then the amount transferred from the revaluation reserve to retained earnings each year will continue to be the same.
