    Hi
    Could anybody please show me how to calculate EOQ in excel ?

    EOQ=(2*ordering cost*demand per year)/Holding cost per unit
    =(2*400*160000)/5.5
    I don’t know how to write root over.
    please help me

    EOQ={(2*400*160000)/5.12}^0.5
    =5000 units
    Is it correct format?

    Total ordering cost= $400 x 10=$4000
    Or
    Total ordering cost=$400*10=$4000

    which method is correct please?

    can we write in the excel the numbers and then calculate in our calculator and only put the result in the paper? or we must put a formulas in the excel?

    there is a formula for this = (sqrt,x)
    x is the value for which u need to take root.

    u can do CBE online and find excel formula in sample CBE.

    and we need to completely do working in excels and linked figures with workings that what i saw in the videos.

    Hello Sir

    If we want to write in the excel the below is correct?

    56*(1+g)^3=60
    1+g=60/56 ^(1/3)
    g=1.0714^(1/3)-1
    g=0.023
