Hi
Could anybody please show me how to calculate EOQ in excel ?
EOQ=(2*ordering cost*demand per year)/Holding cost per unit
=(2*400*160000)/5.5
I don’t know how to write root over.
please help me
EOQ={(2*400*160000)/5.12}^0.5
=5000 units
Is it correct format?
Total ordering cost= $400 x 10=$4000
Or
Total ordering cost=$400*10=$4000
