I didn’t have time to add anything that he possibly omitted. I spent all my time writing about the nonsense he wrote lol.
And I actually wrote similar headings for the stages of change for question 2. I don’t think we’re wrong

I stick to my alloted time per question. At this level we should not be running out of time in the exam

It depends on which question you got. There were two exams. One was about strategy committee. and another exam asked us to evaluate the Ceo’s opinion of the roles between Chairman and CEO.
I got the latter. which i find it was very easy, all I had to do was assess all his opinions and comment if its wrong or not and give recommendations

The proposal to acquire and emarketing questions also had some differences.
I believe the only questions that were the same for all variants were question 2 (employee issues) and question 4 (risk question)

Thought Lean Management was about TQM, Kaizen costing and Just in time… All 3 used at once control and improve performance.Didn’t do enough calculations and wasted too much time on number one.
Answered 2 and 4.
I always compare Benchmarking with Performance prism in my head, almost similar but BM doesn’t not take into account stakeholder satisfaction and contribution. So mentioned that as a negative.
I don’t think mentioning performance prism was a good idea as it was taken out of the syllabus for this sitting

Hey there,
a. The secretary can be removed from the board.
b. The secretary can be dismissed from his office without any notice.
c. The articles cannot be changed in order to force the director to sell his shares. Because in this regard, the individual has not the capacity of an employee. He is having the capacity of a shareholder (a member of the company) and thus they cannot change the articles. Changing the articles is not in the benefit of the company and shareholders as a whole.you are wrong, refer to case law sidebottom v kershaw. Once a director is competing or being dishonest in the form of the case scenario, the other members could compel him to sell his shares because its for the best interest of the comany. However the situation in the Dafen Tinplate case is unlawful

June 11, 2012 at 10:28 pm #99524Opentuition’s exam tips was very misleading, thank god i didnt depend on it. the exam was based on everything in the syllabus , however it was too demanding with too little bit of time. I think ACCA should increase the time from 3hrs to 3 1/2hrs
