2nd time pass, got 58%. I found the exam really tough even though you needed no technical knowledge. Only two more exams to go.
December 5, 2018 at 5:30 pm #487668well that’s me done – i didn’t use Pestel or porter’s diamond – i just used the information from the case stud extracts.
I waffled through integrated reporting, as i couldn’t remember integrated reporting at all.
So this is weird, i found the exam paper hard but OK all at the same time. So i guess from all the above, i will be re-sitting, as i used no theory just common sense.
LOL
July 17, 2017 at 9:41 am #396928failed first attempt – 27% but i knew is was bad, when i walked out of the exam.
Will be trying again in Dec ’17.
July 17, 2017 at 9:39 am #3969262nd attempt – 53% passed. Thought i was going to fail, so am glad i passed.
January 16, 2017 at 11:00 am #367485Failed by two marks – 48% – i knew i was going to fail as i didn’t revise enough and I know i messed up on one question too – but by 2 marks!
Will retake and re-learn everything.
April 18, 2016 at 8:07 pm #311484Time management is the key but know your theory. That is important.
Also do as many of the mcq calculation questions, I found that I can calculate these quickly & correctly it stood me in good stead for the main questions in the exam itself.
I passed the March sitting first time.
Hope that helps
April 18, 2016 at 8:01 pm #311479Passed 59%. Phew! Had a hard time with this paper n revision. So am glad I passed.
April 18, 2016 at 7:59 pm #311477Passed with 59%. Did think I was going to fail, so this was good.
April 10, 2016 at 5:56 pm #309651waiting for F7, last in the F series – am not looking forward to receiving the results. Did not have a good time studying and revising for it.
January 27, 2016 at 12:22 pm #298124Just remember that you can’t take the F7 & P2 exam together as they are both on the same day…
also, ACCA normally want you to pass all the F papers first before sitting for the P papers – you can study for the P papers whilst studying for the F papers – I would talk to ACCA for clarification.
August 12, 2015 at 10:02 am #266875Thanks for the help above, will come in useful during revision and exam practice.
Any other tips out there on how to keep on top of the studies whilst learning the subject. the text that I have been given advise not do any exam kit questions until you have gone through the text and the lecture notes.
thanks
