Hi
I have recently given MA(June), FA(August) and currently studying LW for my exam at the end of Oct.
Please could you let me know if you’d recommend FR next?
And if yes – I have heard that FA and FR are similar, however FR has a lengthy syllabus. I work full time (in Finance) and study every night. Do you think it would be too risky to try December sitting after LW in October?
Many thanks
Regards
Mia
Hi,
You can study any exam after LW and I see no reason why you would not decide to do FR. You are correct that FR follows on from FA but as you say there is a large syllabus.
I think the key is when you do the LW exam in October. If it is now, i.e. at the start of the month, then you might have the time to cover it all but even then it would take some doing. Personally, I wouldn’t rush and attempt the exam in March.
Thanks
Many thanks for your reply. Appreciated.
I have decided not to rush and attempt the FR exam in March.
I think you’re doing the right thing. Good luck with the studies!
