Dear Friends,
I am writing RAP for a company in developing country. Again and again I have to refer to the fact that income per person in low, so what word should be befitting for this, three choices.
1. Per capital GDP
2. Per capita GNP
3. Per capita income
Please advise what is difference between the threes and which is good choice.November 8, 2013 at 10:17 am #144935@bassaniobroke
same here with me. I come from one of the least developed. i use ‘low purchasing power of people’ to reflect low per-capita GDP/GNI/GNP.
it’s very extensive & strenuous to explain these economic indicators but, in the simplest terms, they all mean a common thing: how poor/wealthy your country is….and that basically leads to larger implications/factors like FDI, infrastructure, gov spending, consumption, labour development, technological advancement, exports vs imports etc……
remember, while you mention GDP in you analysis, don’t forget explain its IMPACT – in the past, now or in the future- on the target co’s business.
seemingly, you’re coming up with a very ‘high-value’ RAP. keep it up & Good luck!November 8, 2013 at 10:32 am #144954@Kingman thanks for you quick reply.
