    Hello everybody,
I sat the F8 INT in June 2010, but I did not pass so …. I will have to sit again this exams in December. Could you tell me if and what has changed in the examined material?

If you are referring to the syllabus, nothing has changed. OT notes won’t have changed either.

For F8 Intl, for the December 2010 exams, can full reliance be placed on OT notes, videos and solving past questions without needing to look into a huge textbook such as BPP’s?

Many students pass using just those resources. What you need to be careful about is solving the past questions and reviewing the answers so that you understand where/how marks are awarded.

There is some material on the F8 section about exam technique and approach to questions.
