Why are we subtracting 450 depreciation at the acquistion date.. we usually subtract it in the reporting date when we calculate net asset acquisition.. could you please help how to go about it ?

Hi,

We are not subtracting depreciation, we are subtracting the fair value of the contingent liability, which just happens to be the same figure as the depreciation.
