Hi,
In the calculation for revenue year end 31 March 2012, why do we use n= 2 years and not n=1 year in the discount factor?
Thank you in advance !
Hi,
The contract is due to be completed on 31 March 2014 and 31 March 2012 is two years before that date, hence the two year’s worth of discounting.
Thanks
