Kindly provide direct me to the lectures for “Vauations of Merger and Acquisitions” please.
ThanksFebruary 28, 2015 at 10:50 am #230750There is no lecture.
The reason is that the techniques involved are covered in other lectures – there are no special extra techniques. It is more the approach to the question, and so I will hopefully record a few lectures going through some past questions so as to deal with the approach.March 1, 2015 at 9:58 pm #230932Ok thanks much Mr. Moffat. However I would be really grateful if I can get access to videos with workings of similar nature to Question 1 from December 2014 or even the solutions to that Question. The valuation of businesses using betas seems to come up very often. Thanks for any consideration extended.
March 2, 2015 at 8:42 am #230951That is what I have said I will try and find time to do.
(With regard to betas, everything you need to know about CAPM is covered in the lectures)
