Kindly provide direct me to the lectures for “Vauations of Merger and Acquisitions” please.
ThanksThere is no lecture.
The reason is that the techniques involved are covered in other lectures – there are no special extra techniques. It is more the approach to the question, and so I will hopefully record a few lectures going through some past questions so as to deal with the approach.Ok thanks much Mr. Moffat. However I would be really grateful if I can get access to videos with workings of similar nature to Question 1 from December 2014 or even the solutions to that Question. The valuation of businesses using betas seems to come up very often. Thanks for any consideration extended.
That is what I have said I will try and find time to do.
(With regard to betas, everything you need to know about CAPM is covered in the lectures)
