Hello everyone. Hope you’re doing well. I’ve been unable to login into myacca account. It shows the message “Incorrect username/password” even though I’ve been entering the correct info. Moreover, I am unable to reset it cause when I click at forgot password it says “error sending email”. I am also entering the correct email.
What should I do?

Because of covid, they are taking a bit longer to respond to the email. Wait for them reply.

This is annoying as I can’t access the past exams. Is anyone else having the same issue?

If “three days” includes Saturday/Sunday you should probably need to allow at least one more working day.
