Dear Tutor, i am confused about UK OR INT? Which one would i choose?

It all depends where you intend to work in future and what you’ve done at F7. If you’ve previously studied using UK and intend to work in the UK in future then study UK standards. If it’s the International variant then stick with that.
To be honest, it doesn’t make a huge amount of difference as the rules are virtually the same now due to the convergence project.
