Sir according to one of ur lectures for SOFP there is a very straightforward and easy calculation for the exchange difference just using investment in sub amt and calculating rate diff from that but this is quite different to what is shown in answers for past papers although the ultimate answer is obv the same.

So are you sure we will get the same credit for doing it ur way instead of the one shown in answers?

    Hi,

You wouldn’t get 100% of the credit but it is not worth trying to get the full marks given the time and suffering it would take to be able to fully understand what you need to do.

    Thanks
