If there are tradings between a subsidiary and associate, how would parent company account for it while preparing consolidated accounts… should there be Pup adjustment like parent associate trading or these transactions ignored?
Hi,
Yes, there is an adjustment for the PUP but you only adjust for the group share of any unrealised profit on goods unsold at the year end.
