“John was provided with a computer for private use on 4 Nov 2013. The MV of the computer when first provided to an employee for private use was £3600 and had a MV of £2000 when provided to John for private use. PLC gave the computer to John on 5 April 2015 when it had a MV of £1000.”
I learnt that MV first provided was 3600, but what does the 2000 mean in this question?
I think MV first provided to John was 2000, but the result is 3600.
