Hi John,
The most recent article on P4 is “Securitisation and tranching”.
Should it be considerred as signal as per the “local signaling theory” 🙂

It could be, but it is very difficult to tell with P4 (and it is an update of a much older article).
However, do obviously read it to be safe 🙂
