Hi can i ask this question how to do???
Receipt or gains from an employment shall be assessable if that receipt is in respect of having or exercising an employment. Therefore, if the gain or profit is received from the employer, it is taxable. Argue the validity of the above statement by referring to the relevant provisions of the Act , S13(1)(a) of Income Tax Act 1967 and case law to support your answer.
Sorry but once again I can only assist with TX-UK questions

Sorry no – case law does not form part of the TX-UK syllabus. You will need to research these issues for yourself
