When its said that companies need to pay tax liability within 12 months of the end of period of account , does that involve division of period of account into CAP’s and then for each CAP tax is paid?
“It” doesn’t say that. Companies have to submit Tax Returns (not payments!) within 12 months of the end of the period of account, which may be longer than 12 months. The CT is paid by reference to the CAP!
So when do companies have to pay the tax according to CAP
