    Hi Chris

    I note when watching the lectures you refer to using a study text.

    I have always just watched your lectures and then purchased a revision kit for my other subjects.

    Do you think that approach is not wise for this particular exam and that I will need the study text too?

    Hi Jess,

    The SBR syllabus is so vast that I’m only really able to cover the essentials across all areas of the syllabus. Therefore I recommend that the study text is purchased for this exam as it gives more technical detail alongside some really useful illustrations/examples too. I know it is an additional cost, but it is one worth making on this one.

    Hi

    I have the Kaplan book for P2 (I attempted P2 last June 2018) can i use this still as study text for attempting SBR in June 2019 do you think?

    I’d recommend that you have the most up to date study text as the syllabus will have changed.

    I would like to know if there is big changes in syllabus SBR if am attempting on Sep 2019.
    Can i use the revision kit for June 2018?

    As I’ve said, you will need the up to date materials. If memory serves me right then the June 2018 materials will not have the up to date questions on leases.
