I had a quick look at the listings and there is someone looking for an F9 study buddy who is in Portsmouth but is willing to study online.I don’t know if that would suit you or not.In any case I would have a look at listings on link and think about creating your own listing.It should increase your chances of finding a suitable study buddy.
