I have a question and I expect that you will refuse to answer his as I know the answer would be very long! But anyway, let me try my chance!As you know there is a recenct article about KPIs for public sector organisation on ACCA website. I did many seacrh about it, but unfortunately I was not successful to find something useful. I also searched in http://www.institute.nhs.uk, but could not find what I want.
Anyway, would you PLEASE recommend some KPIs for a public sector organisation (like a hospital) and state the required evidences and audit procedures for them?!!
